Goal 2: Become the leading facilitator for nonprofit collaboration.
Objective 2a: Provide opportunities for networking and idea-sharing.
Objective 2b: Model collaboration by building and maintaining visible, collaborative alliances and partnerships with key organizations.
Objective 2c: Champion the principles of strong, well-governed, well-funded community-based organizations that are better able to deliver benefits and services.
Objective 2d: Promote and encourage cross-sector collaboration.
Goal 3: Develop integrated, relevant services and programs that build nonprofit capacity.

Objective 4a: Develop effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and operations that builds on efficiencies of the merger and includes benchmarks from other similar nonprofit support centers.

Objective 4d: Develop the financial strength of the Center through a diversity of funding sources.
