Charles is the manager of professional learning programs. In this role he coordinates and manages the Learning & Leadership nonprofit workshop program. His responsibilities include developing and planning professional training, coordinating and promoting training events, and quality assurance. Charles earned a Bachelors of Science degree through Virginia Commonwealth University and has over five years of nonprofit experience.

The Southside Community Partners office is located on the second floor of the library.
