How do I send a message to an email group?
It's as easy as sending a regular email message. View guidelines and instructions.
I sent a message to an email group, but it was rejected. What happened?
The moderator will return your message to you with editing instructions if it does not meet our guidelines. You may make the necessary changes and resubmit your message to the moderator for distribution. Contact us for technical assistance.
How do I search for or post a nonprofit employment opportunity in the Southside area?
You can search and post jobs using our online Job Finder. Once your job is on the Web site, you may send it to the Email Group as well.
Can I post a job opening for a nonprofit not located in the Southside area?
Yes, but only if the job is commutable from the Southside area.
Can my business post a job on ConnectSouthside.org?
Yes, but only if the job is a community-related position (such as corporate foundation manager).
How much does it cost to post a job on ConnectSouthside.org?

How do I post a nonprofit or community event in the calendar?
You can search and post events using by visiting our Calendar. Once your event is on the Web site, you may send it to the Email Group as well.
What's a Personal Profile?
A Personal Profile is a record you create on our Web site that allows you to save your favorite job openings, events, funding opportunities, volunteer opportunities, reports and articles, and more. You can also link your profile to one or more Organization Profiles.

What’s an Organization Profile?
It’s a user-generated overview of your organization that highlights your nonprofit’s service, contact information and mission. Through this tool, you can publicize events, trainings and fundraisers; recruit volunteers; announce job openings; and request items needed.
How do I create an Organizational Profile?
First, you must create a Personal Profile, which you can then link to a new or existing Organization Profile.
Can multiple Personal Profiles be linked to an Organization Profile?
Absolutely. Each Organization Profile has one "master" Personal Profile attached, which grants permission to additional Personal Profiles. This is to protect each organization's profile.
I have a Personal Profile, but I forgot my password. What do I do?
